The following companies will offer summer interns. If you have interested, please send your CVs to Eve as soon as possible. She will coordinate with these companies.

(1) Mission Healthy Greens. (offer 1 or 2 interns).

『樂耕園』由創會會長劉華森博士GBS, OBE, LLD, DBA, JP 於2006年籌組創建成立。現屆『樂耕園』主席為麥振芳太平紳士,義務總幹事為米國華工程師。通過社區「合作伙伴」模式與友好團體共同推動環境保育及減碳節能,推廣有機種植,讓居民實踐綠色生活。

推廣環境、自然及海洋保育,以及減碳節能; 推廣「有機及天然種植」及「綠色及健康生活」;發展「社會企業」,向弱勢社群提供就業機會; 建立平台讓長者分享種植的經驗

(2) ATAL Engineering Group. 3 interns (target to the Final Year students).

(3) Widex Technology Development Ltd. (2 vacancies, HK$8,000 per month)

- Implement projects including system design, development, installation, testing & commissioning and maintenance.
- Liaise and coordinate with all parties including customer, main contractor, sub-contractor, consultants etc.
- Prepare technical documents and drawings relative to the all stages of project.
- Manage and monitor the project under time and budget control constraints.

- Degree/Higher Diploma in Physics, Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
- 1-3 year working experience, less experience or fresh graduate are accepted to be assistant project engineer.
- Self-motivated, proactive to learn and able to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English Proficient AutoCAD skills Familiar with Photoshop will be preferred

(4) Hong Kong Jockey Club, they will offer 2 interns. This year, HKJC require 2 interns for their Energy and Saving Team in the Property Department. (deadline passed)

(5) HK observatory internship (deadline passed)
The Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) is palnning to offer a summer placement programme for university undergraduates studying Physics, Earth System Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Journalism and Communication or related disciplines.

The programme aims to provide opportunities for students to gain work experience and to apply their academic knowledge to solve problems in the real world. The interns shall work on projects for 8 weeks under the supervision of mentor from the Observatory during this summer. Scholarship will be awarded to those interns who are successfully enrolled in the Programme.
