Frontiers in Systems Biology II

November 30 - December 2

HONG KONG

Welcome

Welcome to part two of the Frontiers of Systems Biology meeting, sequel to the very successful Croucher ASI on Systems Biology, which was held in January, 2010. The previous ASI not only brought in world-renowned scientists to present their very seminal work in diverse topics of systems biology but also created a platform particularly inviting for close interactions and frequent exchange of scientific ideas among the participants. Thanks to the generous support from the Croucher Foundation, we are able to organize a second meeting to present the very latest development in both technology and quantitative analysis in systemic studies. This meeting will focus on four exciting and most cutting edge areas in systems biology, including integrated omics profiling and analysis, biological network/pathway quantification and modeling, systems immunology and synthetic biology. The sessions on systems immunology and synthetic biology are particularly exciting, as they reflect how novel systems biology studies are impacting research on important human diseases and engineering.

The meeting will be a two-day event, held on December 1st to December 2nd, 2011, at the Lam Woo International Conference Center of Hong Kong Baptist University. Admission is FREE. Please register through this website so that we can arrange venue of appropriate size. We look forward to your participation in this exciting systems biology gathering at HKBU.
