Knowledge Transfer
Through our Centre, we have successfully trained many students and postdoctoral research associates in materials science, chemistry, physics, and electronic technologies. Many of these technical talents have left our team and joined in academic institutions and industries contributing to the society.
The following are some of academic and industrial appointments:
- Dr. Lei Yanlian joined the School of Physical Science and Technology at Southwest University, Chongqing, China, as an Associated Professor.
- Dr. Miao Yanqing joined Key Laboratory of Interface Science and Engineering in Advanced Materials of Ministry of Education and Research Center of Advanced Materials Science and Technology at Taiyuan University of Technology, Taiyuan China, as an Associated Professor.
- Dr. Chen Lixiang joined the School of Physical Science and Technology at Southwest University, Chongqing, China, as an Associated Professor.
- Dr. Lee Min-Hsuan joined Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Hsinchu, Taiwan, as a staff Scientist.
- Dr. Zhao Min joined Key Laboratory of Interface Science and Engineering in Advanced Materials of Ministry of Education and Research Center of Advanced Materials Science and Technology at Taiyuan University of Technology, Taiyuan China, as a Lecturer.
- Dr. Syed Ali Asgher joined School of Materials Science at Jiangsu University, Changzhou, China, as a postdoctoral Fellow.
- Dr. Wu Zhenhui joined Department of Physics at South China University of Technology Shenzhen, China, as a Research Assistant professor.
- Dr. Lan Weixia joined School of Mechatronic Engineering and Automation at Shanghai University, Shanghai, China as a Lecturer.
- Dr. Li Ning joined Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California San Diego (UCSD) as a postdoctoral Fellow.
- Dr. Wang Yiwen joint Department of Physics at Hong Kong Baptist University as a postdoctoral Fellow.

Crimson Vision was awarded the Technology Start-up Support Scheme for Universities funding by the Innovation and Technology Commission of The Government of the Hong Kong SAR in 2019.
- The member company of Incu-Tech Programme, HKSTP
In the same year, Crimson Vision also join a 3-year Incu-Tech Programme supported by the HKSTP. This will also provide Crimson Vision with a range of professional and business support during the inception stages.
