As intelligent technologies and digital environments become increasingly integrated into human life, new forms of electronic interfaces are needed to facilitate more natural interactions between the human body, machines, and the external world. Flexible electronics and Bioelectronics provide unique opportunities to sense human physiological and biomechanical signals, augment perception through sensory feedback, and modulate movement and physiological functions. Our research explores the physics and engineering of these human-centred electronic interfaces for applications in healthcare, robotics, human–machine interaction, and immersive and interactive technologies.
