Dr Liang TIAN was awarded Chinese Medicine Development Fund (CMDF) - Chinese Medicine Applied Studies and Research Funding Scheme

Congratulations to Dr Liang TIAN, Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at the Faculty of Science, HKBU, on being awarded HK$1,710,800 from the Chinese Medicine Development Fund (CMDF) - Industry Support Programme - Chinese Medicine Applied Studies and Research Funding Scheme (B2). His project, titled「基於大數據和人工智能的長新冠中醫診療輔助系統搭建」(Chinese name only), focuses on the development of a Chinese medicine diagnostic and treatment support system for COVID-19 based on big data and artificial intelligence. 

The Chinese Medicine Applied Studies and Research Funding Scheme (B2) aims to optimize industry operation codes, production technologies and processes. It also aims to identify existing deficiencies in talent or resources in the market, and promote the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in various aspects.
