HKBU showcases next-generation semiconductors at the “25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR: Scientific Research Achievements Expo”
Dr ZHOU, Yuanyuan, Assistant Professor of the Department of Physics at Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) and his research team - ΣLab were invited to take part in the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR: Scientific Research Achievements Expo. The team showcased their research projects about a new class of semiconductor material called perovskites. The Expo attracted people from all walks of life, including universities, government, finance, science and entrepreneurship, as well as primary and secondary school students.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the Motherland, Our Hong Kong Foundation specially formed an Assessment Panel composed of experienced scientists from various universities in Hong Kong to select 25 outstanding and representative scientific research projects among 50 nominated projects to be exhibited at InnoTech Expo 2022.
