Ms Mingwei HAO (Department of Physics, PhD student) was awarded the 3rd Prize Winner worth HKD 10,000 in the Madam Kwok Chung Bo Fun PhD Student Research Excellence Awards 2023-24 on 5 October 2023. The Awards aim to recognize and reward research excellence and significant research achievements of PhD students.

 

Candidates for the Awards were accessed based on the following criteria: (A) Proven record of research ability, including research outputs, research impacts, research awards and/ or honours and (B) On-site presentation. Mingwei demonstrated exceptional research ability and made significant contributions in her field of study, leading to her well-deserved recognition and the 3rd Prize.
