Two Physics Members Receive Prestigious President’s Award for Outstanding Performance 2023-24

 

Two Physics members have been selected by the University’s panels to receive the Faculty/School Performance Award in Research Supervision and Faculty/School Performance Award in Teaching (Individual) in the 2023-24 academic year. This honor recognizes their exceptional performance and contributions in their respective fields.

 

 

Congratulations to the following outstanding awardees from our Physics Department: 

 

Professor SO Shu Kong, Associate Head and Professor of the Department of Physics, was awarded the Faculty/ School Performance Award in Research Supervision.

 

Dr CHAN Mau Hing, Lecturer of the Department of Physics, awarded the Faculty / School Performance Award in Teaching (Individual).

 

These exceptional individuals have demonstrated exemplary dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence, making them invaluable assets to our Faculty and the University as a whole.

 

 

The official conferment of the awards will take place at the University’s Awards Ceremony scheduled for 2 May 2024 (Thursday).
