Upon arrival, students were greeted with a visit to the Daya Bay Museum, where they explored display models of reactor, fuel assemblies and Daya Bay site. Following the museum tour, the group proceeded to the Daya Bay PR Centre to learn more about the nuclear power generation and safe operation of the Daya Bay. These informative sessions delved into the plant's safety protocols and its role in providing a reliable and sustainable energy source for the region. Before departure, the group also visited the Daya Bay Port, offering a glimpse into the logistics and transportation of the power station.

This one-day educational visit provided our students with a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience of a functioning nuclear power plant and learn about the latest advancements in nuclear energy technology. The insights gained from this visit will enhance their understanding of the role of nuclear power in the context of a sustainable energy future.
